By accessing or using this website (this “Site”), you agree to the Privacy Policy set forth herein (this “Privacy Policy”). This Site is owned, operated, and provided to you (“You”) by ZETA BETA TAU FRATERNITY, INC. (the “Fraternity”). Your access and use of this Site is governed by this Privacy Policy; by accessing or using this Site, you agree to the terms and conditions contained herein.

If You do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, you may not access or use the Site. From time-to-time, the Fraternity may revise this Privacy Policy without any notice to you. Each time you access or use this Site, you must review and abide by the then-current version of this Privacy Policy.

The Fraternity is committed to safeguarding your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how the Fraternity collects, maintains, and processes your personal information. You and the Fraternity agree as follows:

1. PERSONALLY-IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION. The Fraternity may collect, maintain, and process personally-identifiable information that you voluntarily provide in accessing this Site (such as your name, company name, address, email address, credit card details (if used on the Site), billing dates and history, login details, and traffic statistics about your mobile website), data related to your Site preferences, and Internet traffic data (as explained in Section 2). Except as otherwise set forth in this Privacy Policy, the Fraternity will never collect, maintain, or process personal information about you without your express permission.

2. INTERNET TRAFFIC DATA. When your computer connects to the Internet and to this Site, Internet traffic data is generated; however, this data alone is not sufficient to identify you. The Fraternity may collect, maintain, and process Internet traffic information including, but not limited to, the ISP origin of your connection, your IP address, the type and version of your Internet browser, and the length of your connection. This information may be used to analyze this Site’s traffic and to improve this Site by tailoring it to the particular interests of its users.

3. COOKIES. To improve this Site, we use “cookies” to customize the information presented to you. Cookies are small files that are stored by your browser on your computer’s hard drive and which may contain information such as your preferences. Most Internet browsers automatically accept cookies but you can configure your browser to prevent cookies from being stored on your computer.

4. SHARING OF INFORMATION. The Fraternity may share your personally-identifiable and other information with other entities if you consent to the sharing of such information. By accessing or using this Site, you consent to your personally-identifiable and other information being shared with other entities where such sharing: (a) is required or reasonably appropriate to complete a transaction or perform a service on your behalf or that you have requested; (b) is required by the terms and conditions of a particular service; or (c) such information is being shared to facilitate programs and initiatives that are offered by the Fraternity jointly with affiliates or others. The Fraternity may also share your personally-identifiable and other information with other entities if the Fraternity believes, in its sole discretion, that such sharing is necessary or appropriate to: (a) respond to court orders, subpoenas or other legal process; (b) comply with the law or legal process; (c) protect or defend the rights or property of Fraternity or others; (d) enforce this Privacy Policy; or (e) respond to claims that the contents of any communications violate the rights of others. Except as otherwise set forth in this Privacy Policy, the Fraternity will not share your personally-identifiable information with any third-party unless you have given your prior consent or we are compelled to do so by law or by the order of a court or agency.

5. FRATERNITY-SANCTIONED EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS. Email communication containing officially sanctioned Fraternity information will be sent from either a zbtnational.org or OmegaFi.com domain. Any company approved by the Fraternity to send information to brothers of the Fraternity will display a logo representing itself as a provider of official Greek Licensed Products. Brothers may unsubscribe from Fraternity communications through the email service provider but we recommend keeping one’s profile in myZBT updated and accurate, including Communication Preferences.
