Personal and leadership development for Brothers

The Zeta Beta Foundation assists the collegiate and alumni brothers of Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity by funding academic, leadership, heritage and mental health program grants to maximize their personal development and prepare them to be leaders of society. The grants funded by the Foundation enhance the overall value of brotherhood in Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity by complementing the collegiate educational experience.

 

JAMES E. GREER, JR. PRESIDENTS LEADERSHIP ACADEMY

The James E. Greer, Jr. Presidents Leadership Academy is an intensive leadership education development program that challenges brothers to create positive change in their chapters and communities by equipping them with leadership tools and skills. Presidents have the opportunity to spend a weekend with their peers developing plans for success and grow as leaders who know how to effectively manage an organization.

DOVER DAYS

Dover Days offer educational, operational and organizational management programming to brothers so that they may gain a deeper understanding of the skills necessary to lead. Specific topics focus on finances, goal setting, utilizing resources, risk management, action planning and accountability.

 EMERGING LEADERS INSTITUTE

The Emerging Leaders Institute is a leadership education program for brothers within their first two years of brotherhood focused on providing leadership education and development. The program seeks to provide opportunities to explore the definitions of  leadership and  to begin applying strong leadership behaviors and practices to brothers’ everyday actions.

COMBATTING CAMPUS ANTISEMITISM

Combatting Campus Antisemitism is designed to address antisemitism by educating brothers on the concepts of intellectual awareness, social responsibility, integrity and brotherly love. Programming focuses on bringing to light the origin of Antisemitism, the manifestations of it on college campuses
